Doughnuts are our happy place! There's something almost irresistible about the buttery, doughy goodness of a fresh doughnut that makes us feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. 

Blondie's Doughnuts is a mobile bakery specializing in our signature brioche-style doughnuts! We also operate a food trailer named Sassafras that travels to various locations each week across Maryland.  Look for our doughnuts and specialty baked items at Cross Street Farmers' Market in Baltimore and with our wholesale partners.  

A lot has changed since we sold doughnuts at our first pop-up event in Spring 2019.  But from our start, we’ve placed a great emphasis on you and providing an unforgettable doughnut. Why? Because we love making products that people love.  Our north star is the customer experience and we’re driven by a shared passion for this amazingly supportive community that begins with our love affair with doughnuts.
