A Message to our Customers

First and foremost, we want to express our sincere concern for everyone who has been impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The health and wellbeing of our team and customers is always our number one concern, and we wanted to share with you some actions we’ve taken to ensure your continued safety during this time of uncertainty.  We are following all local ordinances and are continuing to follow the guidance of the CDC and our local health department.

To comply with the Governor's March 16th executive order, restaurants across the state have transitioned to pick-up and delivery services.  Due to the mobile nature of our business, we are offering contactless pickup for our products at local farmers' markets around Baltimore.  

In addition to continuing to maintain our high level of cleanliness and sanitation practices, we are taking extra precautions to help ensure a safe experience when picking up orders from our locations. This includes:

  • Enabling online ordering and pay ahead (we are no longer accepting cash payments);

  • Ensuring proper social distancing is maintained. This includes standing at least 6 feet away from other people in the kitchen/prep areas and onsite at farmers' markets;

  • Placing markings on the ground at farmers' markets to help customers distance themselves from others while standing in line;

  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces;

  • Positioning our credit card machine so that customers may swipe their own credit cards without staff assistance (for customers who do not prepay);

  • Requiring all team members to wear gloves when interacting with customers and changing them frequently;

  • Constant handwashing; and

  • Prohibiting any team member who exhibit symptoms of illness to work until the symptoms have resolved.

At Blondie's Doughnuts, our hearts are deeply rooted in the communities we are privileged to serve.  The strength of our community has never been more important than during these challenging times.
