Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: For doughnuts, 1 to 2 days. Cinnamon rolls are 5 to 7 days for optimal freshness.
Q: What items are available for wholesale?
A: Any doughnuts or cinnamon rolls on the current menu are available for wholesale purchase.
Q: How can I qualify for a wholesale account?
A: Must be a registered business with a Employer Identification Number (EIN) assigned by the IRS.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: The minimum order is 10 dozen per week. For retailer partners, the minimum order will vary but must be on a path to grow to at least 10 dozen per week.
Q: How are items packaged?
A: Items will be individually packaged unless specified for bulk packaging.
Q: What about pricing?
A: Pricing starts at $2.25 for doughnuts. Custom doughnuts start at $3.00. Specialty cinnamon rolls start at $3.50 and our classic Grandma's Sweet Rolls start at $3.25. Doughnut orders of 20 dozen or more will be $2.00 each. Cinnamon roll orders of 20 dozen or more will be $2.75 each.
There are a minimum order requirement of three (3) dozen doughnuts at least three days per week.

Once standing order amount is determined, all orders must be confirmed no later than Tuesday for Friday to Sunday deliveries or by Thursday for Tuesday to Thursday deliveries.
Our production schedule is Tuesday – Sunday.
We are closed on Mondays.
Monday orders are available for large standing orders only.
All wholesale customers will receive a recurring electronic invoice weekly.
- For businesses that have their own accounts payable process, terms will be established when the account is set up.
All invoices must be paid and/or processed before the order can be added to the production schedule.
Our standard delivery minimum order is a $10 delivery fee for Friday to Sunday orders.
The delivery fee will vary for orders on Mondays to Thursdays.
- Deliveries outside the Greater Baltimore area may require a higher order minimum or a delivery fee.
Our distribution team starts at 6:00 am on Thursday – Sunday each week, to deliver your products when you need them. Just let us know what time your products need to be there and we can discuss the options available.
